My experience started since 1981 working with 3d manual pantographs: Deckel, Kuhlmann, Alexander, Parpas and Pear , i used pear big 1:1 scale pantograph to mill moulding starting from 3d models. In 1987 i opened my plant buying my first Deckel GK21 pantograph and after few years i bought other two pantographs, my first CN machine was a little and light Gravograph WXM i used only to engrave bagages brass locks. After few years, in 1995 i bought my first really CNC machine (PEAR EC 32, axis: 300x220x300) from a very good little producer in Florence (You think, this machine is working again and is a very precision machine), in 1999 i bought the second CNC (Pear EC 68, axis: 800x600x300) and after few years was installed a rotary table to engrave on cylinders. Two years ago i bought a vertical mill center HAAS VM2 axis:760x510x510 to mill stamping tools for medical tablets. I actually use a 2d CasMate Pro software from ScanVec (Israelian corporation) and for the engravings in 3d i use the software in the border of Pear machines, i import from ScanVec the vectorials 2D files and create toolpaths with the function of Pear machine software, to make particular 3d working i use Art Cam (Delcam Corporation) and my CAD/CAM for milling is Power mill (Delcam software too). I engrave electrodes incised and relief, stamping tools in every materials, milling 2d 3d ecc. ecc. Excuse me for the disturb and thank You for the attention.
